I chose Penn Foster because I'm a single parent.
It was most convenient for me, because I didn't
have to go off to school or quit my job. Any
way you look at life, everybody must eat. Catering
is the place to start a new career. I have been
working in food service for 10 years now. This
program helped me to become adept at planning,
coordinating and timing the sequence of steps
needed to prepare food without overcooking or
