This easy, reliable service transfers payments electronically in minutes and eliminates the time delays and multiple fees often associated with other payment methods. Western Union charges a nominal service fee that typically is less expensive than the cost of most overnight services.

Students looking to make time-sensitive payments will find that Western Union Quick PaySM is available in most countries around the world. And…for your convenience, Western Union will accept payment in your local currency, where permitted by law.

To send a Western Union Quick Pay,SM follow these easy steps:

  1. Find the Western Union agent in your area under “location” at www.payment-solutions.com. Or look under “Money Transfer” in your phone book, contact directory assistance in your area, or contact Penn Foster by phone at 1-570-961-4195 or by fax 1-570-343-8462.

  2. Bring your CASH payment to the agent location during normal business hours.

  3. When you arrive at the Western Union Agent location, request and complete a BLUE Quick PaySM Payments Services form indicating:
    Company Name: Penn Foster
    Locale/Code City: IMSUS, PA (Please insure that this code appears in the form.)
    Account Number: This is your 8-digit student number or 8-digit lead number (lead numbers start with a W), if you are not yet enrolled. The Account Number is especially important to be sure the correct account is credited when you submit your payment.

  4. You will receive a payment confirmation number and receipt from Western Union. Through this method we will receive your payment notification within minutes, if you have completed the Quick PaySM form as described above.
